Erodios Apartments in Kalives - Chania consists of twelve well furnished cosy apartments. Earth colours combined with materials such as wood, marble and stone create a warm atmosphere. Colourful gardens in the front and back yards add to the elegant design.

All of the apartments have separate bedroom/s (each closes by a door), sitting area with kitchenette, private shower-room / toilet and balcony.

There are six one-bedroomed apartments ("apartments for 2") and six two-bedroomed apartments ("apartments for 4"). Please advise the plans of two typical apartments at the figure below.

Each bedroom has two twin beds, but if you wish we can pull them together and lay them as a "double-bed" (please notify us when you reserve your accommodation!). Besides, in most of the apartments, there is a sofa bed or arm-chair bed in the sitting area which can accommodate an extra person if required. Baby cots are also available (for free).

You may prepare breakfast and cook your own meals whenever you wish in the fully equipped kitchenette (two cooking rings, fridge,all needed cooking utensils -i.e. plates, forks, spoons, pans, glasses etc-, water-kettle and toaster). We can also provide you with a coffee-maker, if you ask us for one.

Due to the clever design of the building, all of the apartments are light-filled and have a spacious balcony, equipped with table and chairs. When the balcony-doors and windows are open, there is a pleasant cool breeze, even during the warm days. Of course, you can always turn on the air-conditioner and adjust the atmosphere to your own liking. The bigger apartments have two air-conditioner units, one in each bedroom.

The apartments have hairdryer units (philips 1400 watt) and TV. We can lend you an iron when needed. Electrical socket adaptors (for UK) are also available.

There is a computer at the reception which you may use to access the internet. If you have your laptop with you, you can connect to the internet through our Wi-Fi network while in your apartment (for free). You can also borrow books from the library at the reception.

Linen is provided. The apartments are cleaned daily (except for Sundays). The towels are replaced twice a week and the bed linen once a week.

There is also a washing machine which you may use for your laundry with a small extra charge (3 to 5 euro, depending on the time of the program and kg of the clothes).

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, only at the balcony.

Please note that pets are not allowed.

Erodios Apartments are located in a small neighbourhood of Kalives, not on a busy street.
You can reach the apartments by car and you can find parking space nearby.

Erodios Apartments are just a 5 minute walk away (450m) from Kalives lovely sandy beach. Kalives "centre" (i.e. main square and road) is even closer (200m). Actually, you can find everything you may need within walking distance, on the main road of Kalives. There are two banks (with ATMs), post office, car rentals, pharmacies, mini-markets, groceries, butcher's shops, bakery, laundry and various other shops.

In Kalives you can buy souvenirs, handicrafts or traditional products of Crete, like pure olive oil, herbs, honey, wine and "raki".
